RENT & PAYMENT

Central heating and electricity, water supply, waste disposal, fast internet (WiFi and cabled), HD digital television, municipal and provincial taxes.
Deposit:
Damages deposit is two month’s rent.
Payment:
Automatic bank transfer.
PERIOD
Rental period:
From 12 months.
Rental period may be extended upon request.

The apartment is rented to adult persons only. Please note we do not accommodate couples or families.
